Belco's New Pre-Stain Facility

In Belco's continuing efforts to streamline the production process, we are pleased to announce the completion of our new pre-stain facility in Shelton, Washington. This 16,000 square foot facility includes two paint applicators and has a production capacity of 2.4 million board feet a month. This addition now centralizes all of the Armor Coat production, enabling Belco to prime Armor Coat more efficiently and effectively. The new facility also gives Belco the capability to adapt quickly to market
conditions and customer requirements.

Later this year, Belco will install a new dry line in the pre-stain facility, furthering Belco's production capacity and ability to maintain consistent supply to meet market demands. This addition will give Belco the capability to create a finished piece of trim or fascia in only one day.

Combined, the new streamlined and efficient
primer application processes will essentially
guarantee that Belco is always stocked with the complete line of Armor Coat products.
